Your well-being and happiness is of utmost important to us at L’Apothiquaire French Day Spa. Please read these helpful advice before your treatment date.
Health Consideration
Before starting your treatment, please inform us if you have the following health consideration: high or low blood pressure, allergies, heart condition, any physical ailments, disabilities, pregnant. We highly recommend that alcoholic beverages not to be consumed before or immediately after your treatment.
We have both male and female therapists to serve you. If you have a preference, please specify when arranging your appointment.
Reservation
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Unfortunately, being late for your appointment can shorten your service time. Your treatment must end on time so that the next treatment will not be delayed. In the event that there is no one to check in after your timetable, we will provide full time for your care. You should register in advance so that we can arrange and serve you best.
Price / Payment method
The price paid for spa services at La Maison de L’Apothiquaire and Le Boudoir de L’Apothiquaire is inclusive of 8% VAT.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and JCB as forms of payment. Prices are subjected to change, prior notice will always be given before your treatment. Gratuities are not included in your service. If you feel you would like to show appreciation to your therapist, you may leave them a gratuity in an envelope available at our reception desk.
Age Requirement
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, the minimum age requirement to visit the Spa or Spa Fitness Centre is 12 years of age.
Jewelry & Valuables
Please leave your jewelry at home or in your hotel safe. Although we provide personal lockers while receiving treatments, we regret that we cannot be responsible for your personal articles, valuables or jewelry whether damaged, lost or stolen (when brought into the Spa), either in lockers, changing rooms or anywhere within our property.
Etiquette
Serenity is important for relaxation; we ask that all guests talk quietly as not to disturb other guests. We require that you please turn off cell phones during your treatment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the spa facilities.

Your well-being and happiness is of utmost important to us. Please communicate any discomfort you may experience in order for us to rectify the situation immediately.
Home Care
Professional-quality spa products are available for your continued care at home. Our products can be purchased after your treatments. We also ship the products to you globally. Shipping charges will be applied separately.
