Your well-being and happiness is of utmost important to us at L’Apothiquaire French Day Spa. Please read these helpful advice before your treatment date.

 

 

Health Consideration

Before starting your treatment, please inform us if you have the following health consideration: high or low blood pressure, allergies, heart condition, any physical ailments, disabilities, pregnant. We highly recommend that alcoholic beverages not to be consumed before or immediately after your treatment.

We have both male and female therapists to serve you. If you have a preference, please specify when arranging your appointment.

Reservation

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Unfortunately, being late for your appointment can shorten your service time. Your treatment must end on time so that the next treatment will not be delayed. In the event that there is no one to check in after your timetable, we will provide full time for your care. You should register in advance so that we can arrange and serve you best.

Price / Payment method

The price paid for spa services at La Maison de L’Apothiquaire and Le Boudoir de L’Apothiquaire is inclusive of 8% VAT.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and JCB as forms of payment. Prices are subjected to change, prior notice will always be given before your treatment. Gratuities are not included in your service. If you feel you would like to show appreciation to your therapist, you may leave them a gratuity in an envelope available at our reception desk.

Age Requirement

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, the minimum age requirement to visit the Spa or Spa Fitness Centre is 12 years of age.

Jewelry & Valuables

Please leave your jewelry at home or in your hotel safe. Although we provide personal lockers while receiving treatments, we regret that we cannot be responsible for your personal articles, valuables or jewelry whether damaged, lost or stolen (when brought into the Spa), either in lockers, changing rooms or anywhere within our property.

Etiquette

Serenity is important for relaxation; we ask that all guests talk quietly as not to disturb other guests. We require that you please turn off cell phones during your treatment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the spa facilities.

Communication

Your well-being and happiness is of utmost important to us. Please communicate any discomfort you may experience in order for us to rectify the situation immediately.

My man booked the couple’s delight package for my birthday. It was magnificent, we came around 1pm and finished just after 6, it included foot message, body oil message, food and facial treatment, we had beautiful half day here. I treated myself to the half-day relaxation package at La Maison de La’ Apothiquaire Spa, and it was just what I needed after a grueling 22-hour flight. They picked me up at my hotel which was super convenient. Upon arrival I got to kick things off with a cup of tea and a steam room / sauna session. Then I enjoyed an hour-long foot massage, followed by a full-body massage and a facial. Seriously, my body felt like it was reborn and my face looks at least 3 years younger! The staff were fantastic—so professional and welcoming. They really went the extra mile to help me out, even arranging a ride home for me on Grab app since I’d never used it before. Plus, I got to enjoy an amazing dinner afterward. It was an all-around wonderful experience that totally undid the travel damage. Highly recommend!
The location is private and transports time. The experience was nurturing and caring towards the request of service. I had a 6 hour spa package of relax, detox, and slim, even though the timeframe sounds long, the experience felt unbelievably much less. There was no pressure to stay within the timeframe, because the focus was on professional and proper care. If desiring a self care and private experience, this is the place.

Schon beim Eintreten in den mit Blumen geschmückten Empfangsbereich fühlt man sich richtig willkommen. Das Personal (spricht auch englisch) begleitet einen durch den gesamten Aufenthalt und hat dafür gesorgt dass ich mich rundum Wohlgefühl habe. Neben einer fantastischen Massage konnte ich noch das Dampfbad, die Sauna und den Pool genießen, was die Entspannung perfekt abrundet hat. Auch die Auswahl an Kosmetik- und Parfümprodukten ist ein echtes Highlight – die Beratung war ausgezeichnet und sehr individuell. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Emily und das gesamte Team für ihre Professionalität und den herausragenden Service. Jeder Moment war durchdacht, und die Aufmerksamkeit fürs Detail ist beeindruckend. La Maison de L’Apothiquaire ist für mich der perfekte Ort, um dem Trubel der Stadt zu entfliehen und sich etwas Gutes zu tun. Absolut zu empfehlen.

What a stupendous afternoon I spent at l’Apothiquaire, reveling in a beautifully executed massage, body scrub and facial. The technicians and front-desk staff were absolutely lovely and very professional. The products were top-drawer. I have had these types of treatments in Bali, Manila, Istanbul and elsewhere - today’s was one of the best.

Each time I come to Saigon I shall drop by the Apothicaire to enjoy the quality and professionalism of the team. it is not the cheapest place but it certainly gives the best service. I also love the family atmosphere radiating from this magnificent colonial house. One immediately feels at home. Looking forward to coming back again soon!!!
Bardzo dobrze zrobiony masaż, manicure i pedicure. Zawsze polecam dobre produkty. Pomimo braku rezerwacji, z uprzejmości dziewczyn udało się skorzystać. Zielona herbata, klimat….dobre.

This is a hidden oasis inside of bustling Ho Chi Minh. The spa itself is housed in a beautiful old building which appeared to be a former home. The architecture and furnishings were gorgeous. We booked the Couple's Retreat and started off with excellent and helpful service from the staff, explaining everything in detail and ensuring all our needs were met. The foot massage, full body massage, and facial were all fantastic, and our treatment therapists were amazing. The spa also has a steam room, sauna, and swimming pool. After our treatments we were served a delicious Vietnamese meal outdoors on the lovely patio by the pool. This is a must visit in Ho Chi Minh.
