Your well-being and happiness is of utmost important to us at L’Apothiquaire French Day Spa. Please read these helpful advice before your treatment date.

 

 

Health Consideration

Before starting your treatment, please inform us if you have the following health consideration: high or low blood pressure, allergies, heart condition, any physical ailments, disabilities, pregnant. We highly recommend that alcoholic beverages not to be consumed before or immediately after your treatment.

We have both male and female therapists to serve you. If you have a preference, please specify when arranging your appointment.

Reservation

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Unfortunately, being late for your appointment can shorten your service time. Your treatment must end on time so that the next treatment will not be delayed. In the event that there is no one to check in after your timetable, we will provide full time for your care. You should register in advance so that we can arrange and serve you best.

Price / Payment method

The price paid for spa services at La Maison de L’Apothiquaire and Le Boudoir de L’Apothiquaire is inclusive of 8% VAT.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and JCB as forms of payment. Prices are subjected to change, prior notice will always be given before your treatment. Gratuities are not included in your service. If you feel you would like to show appreciation to your therapist, you may leave them a gratuity in an envelope available at our reception desk.

Age Requirement

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, the minimum age requirement to visit the Spa or Spa Fitness Centre is 12 years of age.

Jewelry & Valuables

Please leave your jewelry at home or in your hotel safe. Although we provide personal lockers while receiving treatments, we regret that we cannot be responsible for your personal articles, valuables or jewelry whether damaged, lost or stolen (when brought into the Spa), either in lockers, changing rooms or anywhere within our property.

Etiquette

Serenity is important for relaxation; we ask that all guests talk quietly as not to disturb other guests. We require that you please turn off cell phones during your treatment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the spa facilities.

Communication

Your well-being and happiness is of utmost important to us. Please communicate any discomfort you may experience in order for us to rectify the situation immediately.

My personal favourite in Saigon. I’d go there again to have a mini-vacation. And to think that just by taking a couple of steps off the main road, you can enter a paradise! The spa is not reasonable if you compare it to the other massage places around town but if you were to look at a spa package in totality, you would say it’s actually well worth of the money you’re paying. For every treatment you get, you can take a dip in the pool after. The pool which has an overarching tree full of bougainvilleas and which overlooks the mansion is picturesque. Getting to the actual treatment, the staff was wonderful and the massage was as I would expect any massage to be. In all honesty, you would get an equivalent massage at a lower price anywhere in the town. What makes this place truly unique is that it gives you an experience. Right from the time you set your foot in to a couple of hours later after you’ve stepped out, the calm and peace doesn’t leave you. I feel relaxed just reminiscing about my experience and that for me is a true value-for-money deal

A beautiful colonial house where we had the foot pressure treatment very well done. People are very friendly, the ambiance is calm and quiet. Very good place.
This is by far the best spa I’ve ever been to! Thanh Thanh was my massage technician, and she was incredibly meticulous in her work. I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely return whenever I visit HCMC.
I have been to Spa and had massages all over the planet and this Spa takes the cake. The staff are incredibly knowledgable and professional. The products are all truly organic. The space is clean and very well laid out. I will return this trip and any time I come to Saigon again.

The most wonderful, pampering, calming experience with staff that really care about what they do. We had a couple's foot, body massage and facial. Exceptional service in an oasis in Ho Chi Minh
Had a facial and eye treatment and it was amazing. Fell asleep many times during it and my skin looks amazing!
This was the best spa I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to them in 60 countries. Set in an old French Colonial mansion, you’ll feel like an Emperor or Empress. The most lovely experience-perfect in every way!
Nice spa place full with French style and you can obversely smell some lavender to help you relaxing . The therapist is professional and friendly also the service is good .This is more like a spa place combine with a cosmetic store that you can buy some specific perfume ,aroma soap and essential oils there . The price there is little more expensive than Miu Miu but I think it worth it and if you wanna do package ( more than 1 hours ) items you have to notice them one day earlier . We tried foot massage ( 1 hour cost 440000 VND) ,they provide herbal tea ,lavender blindfold .I almost fall asleep twice ..so relax .one tip for man, you can choose "hard" level when you ask you before treatment . Good place to come back and they also have another shop in another district .we will try it some day .
I am living in Ho Chi Minh for a decade and having tried many spas in this city, I highly recommend this one. Massages and high-quality treatments carried out by professionals in one of the rare and beautiful colonial house in town. You will also find a large and unusual choice of creams and perfumes in the boutique
The service here at L’apothiquaire is phenomenal, the lady was incredibly nice and insanely knowledgeable, it almost seems as if she knew every product by heart . You can tell that she truly cared about making the customer feel at ease. The selection of product was excellent as well, especially if you’re a perfume enthusiast (they even sold tea too, did you know that??)

I treated myself to the half-day relaxation package at La Maison de La’ Apothiquaire Spa, and it was just what I needed after a grueling 22-hour flight. They picked me up at my hotel which was super convenient. Upon arrival I got to kick things off with a cup of tea and a steam room / sauna session. Then I enjoyed an hour-long foot massage, followed by a full-body massage and a facial. Seriously, my body felt like it was reborn and my face looks at least 3 years younger! The staff were fantastic—so professional and welcoming. They really went the extra mile to help me out, even arranging a ride home for me on Grab app since I’d never used it before. Plus, I got to enjoy an amazing dinner afterward. It was an all-around wonderful experience that totally undid the travel damage. Highly recommend!
I don’t think any place can top L’Apothiquaire for massages. My family comes here every month to pamper ourselves, and it’s worth every penny!
