Sức khỏe và sự hài lòng của khách hàng là điều quan trọng nhất đối với L’Apothiquaire French Day Spa. Vui lòng đọc qua các lời khuyên hữu ích này trước khi sử dụng dịch vụ.

Vấn đề sức khỏe

Trước khi bắt đầu liệu trình chăm sóc, vui lòng cho chúng tôi biết nếu bạn mắc phải những vấn đề sức khỏe như sau: huyết áp cao hoặc thấp, dị ứng, bệnh tim, hoặc bất kỳ bệnh về thể chất, khuyết tật hoặc đang mang thai. Chúng tôi khuyến cáo không nên sử dụng các thức uống có cồn trước hoặc ngay sau liệu trình. Chúng tôi có cả kỹ thuật viên nam và nữ, phục vụ theo yêu cầu của khách hàng. Nếu bạn có yêu cầu riêng, vui lòng thông báo rõ khi đặt hẹn.

Đặt hẹn

Xin vui lòng đến sớm 15 phút trước lịch hẹn của quý khách. Thật không may là việc trễ hẹn có thể sẽ làm rút ngắn đi thời gian phục vụ quý khách. Liệu trình của quý khách cần phải xong đúng giờ để khách của kỳ hẹn kế tiếp theo không bị trì hoãn. Trong trường hợp không có ai đăng ký sau thời gian biểu của quý khách, chúng tôi sẽ cung cấp đầy đủ thời gian chăm sóc của quý khách. Quý khách nên đăng ký trước để chúng tôi có thể sắp xếp và phục vụ quý khách tốt nhất.

Giá tiền / Thanh Toán

Giá tiền thanh toán cho các dịch vụ spa tại La Maison de L’Apothiquaire và Le Boudoir de L’Apothiquaire đã bao gồm thuế 10% VAT.

Chúng tôi nhận các phương thức thanh toán bằng tiền mặt, debit card, Visa, MasterCard và JCB. Giá dịch vụ nếu có thay đổi sẽ được thông báo trước khi thực hiện liệu trình của quý khách.

Tiền thưởng thêm sẽ không bao gồm trong dịch vụ của bạn. Nếu quý khách muốn thể hiện sự hài lòng với kỹ thuật viên của mình, quý khách có thể để lại phần tiền thưởng thêm trong phong bì có sẵn ở quầy tiếp tân của chúng tôi.

Yêu cầu độ tuổi

Để đảm bảo sự an toàn và thoải mái cho tất cả các khách hàng của chúng tôi, độ tuổi phù hợp để đến spa và trung tâm fitness của spa là từ 12 tuổi trở lên.

Trang sức và Những tài sản có giá trị

Xin vui lòng cất nữ trang của quý khách ở nhà hay trong hộp an toàn ở khách sạn. Mặc dù chúng tôi đều có tủ khóa riêng cho mỗi khách hàng khi thực hiện liệu trình, tuy nhiên chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm nếu những tài sản có giá trị hoăc trang sức bị hư hỏng hoặc mất cắp trong phạm vi sở hữu và quản lý của chúng tôi (ví dụ: trong tủ khóa cá nhân, phòng thay đồ).

Quy tắc ứng xử

Sự yên tĩnh rất quan trọng cho việc thư giãn, do đó chúng tôi yêu cầu tất cả khách hàng nói khẽ để không làm ảnh hưởng đến những khách khác. Chúng tôi yêu cầu bạn vui lòng tắt điện thoại trong suốt liệu trình. Vui lòng không hút thuốc ở bất kỳ nơi nào thuộc phạm vi spa.

My favorite place to go for a 3 hour massage and foot treatment (60USD) as they do a very thorough job of cleaning off you feet of dead skin before the massage. Otherwise their other massages are also done quite well, except this shop is a little older so the ambiance isn't as nice as the one in D3. I’m so glad I found L’Apothiquaire while walking along Dong Khoi Street, District 1, Saigon. I almost gave up on my fragrance shopping here in Saigon since my past experience with other stores was disappointing. My husband and I were welcomed by a very nice, attentive and lovely lady named Huynh Phuong. And to think that just by taking a couple of steps off the main road, you can enter a paradise!The spa is not reasonable if you compare it to the other massage places around town but if you were to look at a spa package in totality, you would say it’s actually well worth of the money you’re paying.For every treatment you get, you can take a dip in the pool after. The pool which has an overarching tree full of bougainvilleas and which overlooks the mansion is picturesque.Getting to the actual treatment, the staff was wonderful and the massage was as I would expect any massage to be. In all honesty, you would get an equivalent massage at a lower price anywhere in the town. What makes this place truly unique is that it gives you an experience. Right from the time you set your foot in to a couple of hours later after you’ve stepped out, the calm and peace doesn’t leave you. I feel relaxed just reminiscing about my experience and that for me is a true value-for-money deal

Amazing massage and facial! I’ve been traveling for a few weeks and my face was all red and inflamed from the uv rays and heat the employees there recommended a facial and my skin was hydrated, glowing, and the redness went away. Before we tried the facial they also made sure to patch test our skin with the product (as I have very sensitive skin). It was also a very clean facility. Our masseuse was extremely nice and check in with us on the pressure every now and then. Super relaxing and my whole body feels great! Next time I travel back to Saigon I will definitely be back!
